Review of Corporify
The board papers are due, and I am pulling statutory records for several entities into one place, which is already making the housekeeping feel less scattered before I check the obligations against each governance file.
That is the part I like: governance documents, compliance records and obligations sit around the entity structure, so I can check what belongs where without chasing separate folders. The portal gives board members and legal advisers a secure place to communicate and collaborate, which should make the handover of a pack easier once everything is set up. I am still spending too much time working out the initial arrangement and who needs access to which material. For an office with several people handling administration, that setup needs to be obvious before a deadline is close.
On a recent board pack, I could see the value of having the records together, and the portal gave the people involved a clear route to the documents. Still, checking the structure and access expectations is taking attention away from the actual papers, and that is where the first week feels fiddly.
Worth keeping.

The setup looks like it could take more effort than the tidy dashboard suggests, because claims processing, patient scheduling, medical billing, and remittance management all have to come together, and connecting an existing EHR is another thing to get right; I can see the appeal of having visits, claim status, and payment breakdowns in one place, but I would want the handover to feel straightforward before relying on it for our daily admin.
I am also wanting a clearer view of permissions before staff use it, since patient and financial information needs careful handling; the practical details matter, and that uncertainty is an irritating extra step when the aim is to bring clinical and financial administration into a single system.
The dashboard brings real time insight into patient visits, claims status, payment breakdowns, and financial performance, which is useful for checking how the office is moving without chasing several separate figures; with third party EHR integration available, the platform has a sensible basis for joining clinical and financial work, and I can see it becoming a dependable improvement once setup and access questions are settled.
