Getting started felt fiddly. Team needed time to understand boards, timelines and time tracking, though keeping work beside Drive helped.
Boards felt clearer after some practice. That made it easier to bring hesitant colleagues along during setup.
I liked seeing plans and tasks together in Google Workspace.
Review of Whatfix
During client onboarding, the in app guidance made our software much easier to walk through, and I could get people moving without repeating every step, though the first setup took some learning.
I still liked it, even with that learning curve, because training felt less repetitive and clients could follow along at their own pace.
