Good onboarding and reporting

Compliance training was easier to launch, and the friendly interface helped our small team get oriented (though adoption needed attention).

Reporting helped monitor progress and demonstrate compliance to auditors, useful in my implementation role.

Still, onboarding felt less straightforward than I hoped; the course library was useful, but building consistent team participation took patience.
