Review of ActiveCampaign

Powerful journeys take time to become routine

Getting a campaign workflow settled took more learning than I expected. The automation depth is real: behaviour-based journeys, detailed segmentation and lead scoring give our small marketing team room to move beyond scheduled email sends. The build process needs careful thought. With many ways to shape a journey, I need to map triggers and hand-offs before asking colleagues to review or reuse it. That makes adoption slower than the feature set suggests. Once a pattern is documented, repeat work feels more manageable. I’d keep it on the shortlist for a team ready to invest in training; early setup needs patience.
