A smoother first week for new coordinators

When a new coordinator joins our real estate team just before a leadership meeting, I can point them to verified answers in the flow of work instead of sending another round of messages to people already answering the same questions. That keeps onboarding moving and gives me fewer loose ends to track before the meeting starts.

A first week question is often where to find a standard expense process, so I can direct the new person to checked institutional knowledge inside tools the team already uses, rather than ask a subject matter expert to repeat the same answer in chat or email; that is a practical improvement to onboarding and leaves meeting preparation less crowded.

I still pause when an answer touches an executive commitment, since verified knowledge is useful context and I remain responsible for confirming details before I pass them along. With steady team adoption, that time back makes the choice worthwhile.
