Review of Adobe Lightroom
I appreciate having photo editing and organization together, since importing, adjusting, and sharing images stays within one cloud based workspace across the team. The cloud sync keeps the library available across devices, and non destructive adjustments give us room to revisit an image before sharing it outside the group for a final production update.
I am not fighting the basic setup, and importing, editing, and organizing photos feels straightforward once the team is settled in. Still, getting everyone aligned takes more attention than the editing itself (at first). I still need a clearer picture of who can reach shared images, since permissions are part of what makes a rollout manageable in a large environment for us.
In a manufacturing environment, central photo access helps when teams need current images on different devices. I can make the rollout work, with some care from the start.

The guided approach makes basic bookkeeping easier to hand over. I like that interactive help walks a less experienced user through entries and flags possible mistakes, while the choice of familiar or more advanced terminology gives people room to work at their own pace instead of making the first setup feel like a training project.
For an administrator, that is a fairly low effort start, especially when the service costs nothing. But I would still want to understand how much checking the manual review covers, since it is described as a check on entries rather than a substitute for someone owning the books. That leaves it approachable, though I would validate the review process before relying on it for routine accuracy.
Review of ManageEngine ADManager Plus
I like having user provisioning and permission work in one console, though getting our routines mapped into it takes more attention than I want during a busy manufacturing week. I think the reports are useful once things are in place (there are more than 200 ready to use), and routine account tasks are easier to keep moving without chasing each step by hand when the queue is full. I also like that task delegation and permission work stay manageable from the same place, and account backup and restore are there when routine changes need a safety net before they become cleanup work.
I still spend time getting the setup right, but it is dependable for the work I need.
