Review of Backlog
I backed it because issues, code changes, and project notes could sit together, making progress easier to trace.
The code links won me over. Git and SVN hosting linked commits and pull requests to issues, giving developers a clear path from bug report to code change and making handoffs easier to follow. Still, it was clearly designed for developers, so I had to consider how our billing team would use its boards and notes.
The linked work made project progress easier to explain, though I wanted more confidence about admin controls and data exports before relying on it across finance.
