Getting a service ready is straightforward, and the curated media helps our team build a polished presentation without starting from scratch together. Having everyone work on the same service from different locations makes handoffs easier during setup when schedules do not align. I still want clearer guidance for new volunteers, since getting a team comfortable takes a little coordination for everyone. I feel good relying on it.
