Good experience for camp operations

Our camp operations feel more joined up now, because registration, healthcare tracking, staffing and the practical work around transport and cabin assignments sit within one broad web based system, which gives me a clearer view of how the whole programme is moving and helps us keep implementation focused on the experience families and staff actually have.

The breadth is useful, though ease of use takes more attention than I would like during rollout, and a feature rich platform still asks us to invest in training so staff can find their way confidently; I am optimistic about the potential, but stakeholder buy in depends on making the daily work feel straightforward rather than simply comprehensive.

The dedicated mobile experience for parents and camp staff, alongside a device agnostic way to manage events and activities, supports a more cohesive experience across the season, and that matters to me as the implementation owner; with deliberate onboarding, I can see this becoming a strong operating foundation, even if its scale means we need to keep simplifying how people use it.

Clear Admin and Careful Adoption

The appeal is clear: bringing lead and client management, shoot organisation, quotes, invoices, contracts, signatures and workflow templates into one place gives a photography business a more coherent way to handle its admin, and I can see why that looks like time returned to creative work or growth; as the person responsible for implementation, though, I am judging the experience by whether staff can pick up the routine without needing me to translate every step, and an intuitive platform still needs enough training for people to use it consistently. That is where my confidence is still conditional, because a tidy central system only helps when the team understands how its own work fits the process and is willing to keep using it.

For now, it looks useful and well organised, but ease of use is not the same as effortless adoption, so I would want to budget time for training and bring the people handling enquiries and bookings into the decision early.
