Review of QuestBase
Building assessments feels straightforward, and sharing one by link is pleasantly simple for the people taking it. Having several question formats gives me room to make quizzes and tests that suit different audiences without making the process feel heavy. Setting time limits, scoring and access rules in the same place is useful when I am preparing an assessment for a community.
As a community manager, I am also thinking about how assessment results move into the support and knowledge base work around them, and that part is less clear from what is described. Integrations and data exports matter once a team is using responses regularly, so I would want more visibility there before building this into an ongoing workflow.
The simple link and configurable access give me a practical starting point, but I am still weighing how well the surrounding admin and reporting work will fit our routine as the assessments become more established.
