It was a mixed experience.

Getting the books into a dependable routine takes more setup attention than I would like, especially when invoices and expense records need to be ready for careful billing review, and small gaps in the early organising can make the month-end handoff feel slower than it should. Once the records are in place, cloud access and the everyday accounting work are convenient, with invoices and expenses easier to keep in view during routine follow-up, so there is a real practical payoff for our small office.

From a budget-review seat, it is useful to have books accessible away from one desk, though the time needed to get comfortable with the workflow makes the overall experience uneven; day-to-day visibility helps when I am checking numbers between client billing tasks, still implementation friction keeps it from feeling like an easy recommendation for a team already balancing client work and billing deadlines.
