During award review week, I am bringing financial aid, advancement and academic colleagues into one scholarship process, and the shared view is making handoffs easier to follow. The searchable student portal keeps applications together, while donor criteria and funds connect to selection and post award stewardship. Automated acknowledgements and impact reporting are reducing manual chasing that usually lands with our small administration team. Before relying on reporting across finance workflows, I am checking how exports and existing systems fit our records requirements.
