Review of Dynatrace

Capable, but hard to justify

During a network issue, having application, infrastructure and cloud signals together makes it easier to follow a problem across the stack, and the automated view of user experience, metrics, traces and logs gives me a useful place to start; the AI-assisted analysis can help point toward root cause without making me piece every clue together by hand in separate screens.

That breadth suits a network administrator who needs context across services, though a small team still has to decide whether it fits the work it actually owns in its normal workflow. The cross-team visibility and problem-resolution automation are useful, but budget pressure is hard to ignore when our day-to-day need is narrower; support quality and workflow fit would also matter before I could justify the spend.
