Review of ServiceNow
The unified system makes routine service work easier to follow, and bringing workflows together gives our team a clearer view of what is moving. People new to it still need time to get comfortable. Training matters here. Once the basics are familiar, the automation feels useful, though the overall setup can take a little settling in.
So far, it is working well. Some colleagues need time to understand the wider system, but the shared workflows make it easier to bring stakeholders along.
