Keeping marina work in one place made the day to day coordination feel much more manageable, because the in house suite brings storage, billing, retail, rentals, service and fuel operations together, while the direct QuickBooks connection gives accounting a clear route through the same setup; having cloud and desktop options also suits different working preferences, and the centralised data and processes are the sort of practical improvement that makes a broad system feel worthwhile rather than merely comprehensive.
The QuickBooks connection is the clearest accounting route here. I would welcome more detail on its other connections.
