Review of SmartHead
When I am pulling together sustainability updates for people across the business, having our work and progress in one place is making it easier to explain what we are doing, and the profile gives stakeholders something clear to look at, which helps when I am trying to get buy in without spending the whole meeting explaining the background.
I do still need to spend time getting colleagues comfortable with what belongs in the profile, so it is useful, though not quite effortless to roll out.
Review of Emburse Certify Expense
I find the expense process easy to follow, especially when reports are being prepared for approval. The automated report creation is making routine work feel lighter, and the approval steps are clear enough that employees can get moving without needing constant help. That is useful when accounting teams are processing reimbursements.
We still need to make room for some training. Different people are taking to a new workflow at different speeds, but the overall experience is feeling straightforward and worth keeping.
