Review of InvoMax
The shop needed a steadier way to handle repair orders, and for a week I thought InvoMax might settle into that role. It did not, at least not cleanly. The team kept losing patience around the same daily handoff, where a customer note should have been easy to find and somehow was not.
There are pieces that seem useful. Still, the actual day felt heavier than the promise, and I could not recommend it without a much slower rollout.
Review of Eaglesoft
Our dental front desk finally had one morning where nobody asked where a chart note went. Not magical. Still clunky in places. But the schedule screen gave the team enough confidence to stop double-checking every patient handoff.
Eaglesoft feels like something built for offices that value routine more than sparkle, and honestly I respect that, although getting a new person comfortable takes patience.
