Wellness tracking with needed guardrails

The wellness platform was more useful after we stopped treating it like a generic step-count contest and set clearer participation rules. Health surveys, recommendations, and team challenges can help, but privacy expectations need to be stated plainly, then stated again, because employees will not engage if they think wellness data is quietly becoming performance data. Once that concern was handled, participation felt more credible and less like corporate wallpaper.
