I mostly care whether project work connects to money without a second spreadsheet, and this gets close: estimates, budgets, time, expenses, then billing in one place.
Nutcache can feel a little packed at first, maybe too many tabs for a tiny team, but once the workflow is set it keeps sales and delivery talking; not perfect, useful.
