Good HR control after the cleanup

The HR platform works best when your payroll, benefits, time, and employee record rules are already clear. Once we cleaned up ownership and approval steps, it reduced duplicate entry and made reporting more reliable.

It is *not* light software, to be fair. I would not roll it out casually. But if the team needs one dependable place for HR operations and compliance-heavy work, it does the job without much drama for a bigger staff.
