Made grooming days feel less frantic

The biggest change was how much calmer the appointment day felt. Before, a late pickup or a changed service would ripple through the whole schedule, and somebody at the desk had to remember every small thing. With this app, the client notes, bookings, and day plan were easier to keep in one place, so the groomers could just keep moving.

I guess what I liked most was not one flashy feature, but the feeling that the business was less dependent on memory. Support was helpful too!!! For a grooming shop trying to stop living out of sticky notes and texts, it felt like a real upgrade, especially on busy Saturdays when everybody is asking what is next too.
