The broad device support is the strongest point for our security review. It handles logs from more than fifty firewall vendors, which matters in a large nonprofit with mixed systems. Alerts and compliance reporting give administrators useful visibility into events and traffic. The reports also support audits without much fuss.
The vendor range is useful, though it does not tell me how well each connection behaves in practice. I would want export requirements confirmed before making it part of routine reporting.
