Useful and easy to manage
The class schedule is the item I check first, especially when automated social posting is meant to keep studio updates current. That is useful, and Pick a Spot adds a practical touch for students.
The marketing reach, including Mailchimp, and automatic live stream links make the system look more joined up than a stack of separate class tools, which matters when schedules, streamed sessions, and in studio attendance all need to sit in one operating picture; still, before I would call the setup finished, I want a plain view of who can change those connections and how the records can be taken out, because the promise of simplicity is easy to print and harder to assess from a feature summary, and I am not signing off on an implementation based on a tidy sales phrase.
