Good managed cloud, with caveats

Abacus Private Cloud was most useful on the morning our office needed an old practice app available without dragging IT into every login issue. Access felt stable, and the managed support model reduced the usual back-and-forth, though I would still review permissions carefully before moving sensitive client files. *Secure* is not a feeling; it has to be checked. Overall, useful, maybe priced like a serious managed service, which it is.
