Review of Brightidea
It gives a product team a proper route from employee, customer and partner ideas into strategic initiatives, which is more useful than a suggestion box and makes the intended outcome clear.
The catch is the amount of structure behind each idea; attaching complex data points and tracking, managing and prioritizing them means somebody has to decide how the process works before people can use it well, and that setup feels like real work for a busy team.
Still, the shared pipeline is appealing; clarity on ownership and permissions matters, and I would want that settled early.
