You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. If you register, claim, or manage a listing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company and manage its public information on SoftwareReview.com. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your vendor profile account.
SoftwareReview.com may host software listings created from public sources, submitted by users, catalog inputs, or vendor representatives. Claiming a listing does not create ownership of the listing or guarantee approval. We may request verification documents, vendor email confirmation, product ownership evidence, or other information before granting or maintaining access to a listing.
We may reject, suspend, merge, edit, or remove listings, claims, submissions, categories, or profile content where information is inaccurate, duplicative, misleading, unlawful, spammy, unsupported, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
You are responsible for keeping your vendor profile profile, software details, pricing information, links, screenshots, descriptions, contact details, categories, integrations, and claims accurate and up to date. Do not publish content that is false, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, confidential, malicious, or designed to manipulate reviews, rankings, traffic, or users.
By submitting content to SoftwareReview.com, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, format, moderate, translate, excerpt, index, and promote that content in connection with the platform.

You agree to defend and hold SoftwareReview.com harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your vendor profile account, submitted content, products, services, legal compliance, misuse of the platform, or breach of these terms.
